Our Online Returns Policy*

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, complete our online return form and follow the instructions.

Items can be returned for a product exchange of equal value, replacement or a refund. Please see below for terms and conditions.


Fur Tales will provide an exchange if an incorrect item had been purchased, or if the wrong item had been sent out to you. Please see our Returns section, and fill out the return form and proceed from there. 

We cannot offer exchanges on edible pet treats unless we have accidentally sent you the wrong item. 

Replacements are offered if the product received is defective or damaged. To receive a replacement, you must complete our online return form, send photos of the defective or damaged item to and return your item to PO Box 1280, Green Valley NSW 2168, Australia. We'll happily cover the cost of return shipping on defective or damaged items.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 working days. Please note it will remain at the discretion of Fur Tales whether the item will be accepted for refund, based on quality control. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Fur Tales does not offer refunds on edible pet treats, for change of mind, or any of our products' misuse resulting in negative side effects. 

Refunds are only inclusive of the product cost, shipping costs will not be refunded unless the wrong item had been sent out, or the item is defective or damaged.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted and there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

To return your product, you should mail your product to PO Box 1280, Green Valley NSW 2168, Australia. Please do not send any products back without contacting us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless product is defective/damaged, or we've sent you the wrong item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
